GUIDELINES FOR THE PARENTS

Please use the school diary as a means of communication with the class teacher & check the diary for home works & the teacher’s remarks, if any, please sign as a proof of it.
Please sign the test copies / papers as and when sent home.
Please see that your ward has all the text books, stationery, craft materials etc. right in the beginning of the session and till their study.
Please ensure that all the books & note books are covered with brown papers.
Please ensure that your ward comes to school in proper uniform, polished shoes, trimmed hair & clean nails.
Please send the children regularly & punctually to school. No absence will be permitted without a leave application & late comers will not be allowed to sit in the class.
Please intimate the school in case of change of address or telephone number.
Please do not send the child to school in case of suffering with any infectious disease.
Please do not walk into the class room. Please see the teacher with prior appointment through Principal.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND MONEY OR VALUABLE ARTICLES WITH THE STUDENTS TO SCHOOL TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY IF THEY ARE LOST
Please do not criticize the school or teachers in presence of your ward. Approach the Principal, if occasion so demands.
Please mention Name, Roll Number class & Sec. of your ward in all the correspondence with school and pay school fee in time.
Private tuition is not encouraged if however, a child does require private tuition it should be done with the approval of the Principal.
